unity - Chrome windows very sluggish when active on different workspaces - Ask Ubuntu


i have problem google chrome on 16.10 laptop. when have @ least 1 google chrome window open @ different workspaces, chrome gets sluggish. interestingly case if websites shown in 1 of windows. not able find out whats specific trigger, might have flash or html5. it's case youtube , google maps, dict.cc shows advertisement. when have 1 of sites open have window minimized, there no problem.

i testet firefox, works fine in case.

maybe has idea?

the problem solved when deactivated hardware acceleration. scrolling still little bit less smooth when youtube running on workspace hardly noticeable.
