upgrade - The required dependency 'apt (>= 1.0.1ubuntu2.13)' for 14.04.3 LTS - Ask Ubuntu


i have tried upgrade ubuntu 14.04.6 problem on upgrade , terminal display same message:

required depends not installed  required dependency 'apt (>= 1.0.1ubuntu2.13)' not installed.

some blogs shows required 14.04.4 version upgrade got 14.04.3 lts.

how fix problem? patch or what?

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
