Video lag on youtube / internet streams for all browsers - Ask Ubuntu


the audio fine video lags. youtube videos fine , others unwatchable. upgrade 16.04 didn't change anything. i'm using firefox tried chrome , had same issues. i've had problem since forever , need help. i'm pretty sure though wasn't beginning.
