12.04 - apt-get 403 Forbidden - Ask Ubuntu

i've start new job today , trying set machine run through windows server.

i've managed internet connection through server can't run apt-get update "403 forbidden" error.

this every repo under source list, apart translations(?).

i have proxy in apt.conf, if don't have 407 permission denied error.

here's apt.conf file (i have omitted username , password)

acquire::http::proxy "http://username:password@192.168.0.2:8080/";

i can sort-of fix changing http in sources.list ftp still have issues ppas

this error due server , not fault. because of repository offline maintenance.

however, should try again later or/and suggest reverting other country's server instead of main archive.ubuntu.com, throttled , not allow experience full speed.
