server - How do i change my upstart jobs to systemd? - Ask Ubuntu 


sudo restart vsftpd restart: unable connect upstart: failed connect socket /com/ubuntu/upstart: connection refused**

i have been running command restart ftp daemon after have done few edits, have been getting error message.

i have read online can change systemd upstart, want transition upstart jobs systemd, not opposite.

any ideas? or quick solution problem work too. i'm newbie here.

i'm running ubuntu 16.04

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
