dpkg: can't install, yet dependency is already at the newest version - Ask Ubuntu
on ubuntu 16.04lts, i'm trying install tigervnc:

, offered remove tigervncserver:i386.

not exist in xenial, the package libtasn1-3-bin
all
, package have downloaded cannot installed on xenial. maybe try looking one.
