networking - VoIP (and other) traffic forwarding to port 80 - Ask Ubuntu


in college have filtered network won't let through voip calls of kind (as blocking bittorrent clients).
i'd channel programs connecting internet through 80 port, did on android app called drony (which asked permission create dummy vpn, trick channel of apps through 8080 port). there way ubuntu achieve this?
