grub2 - Can I boot into Linux without grub? - Ask Ubuntu

this question has answer here:

i have 2 operating systems on computer: windows , linux. had reinstall windows long complicated issue after had linux installed on computer deleted or @ least hid grub boot loader. there way can boot linux without it? know there questions on this, every answer assumes can access linux. can't, entire reason i'm asking this. , downloading boot loader or won't work because entire reason want linux fix issue windows preventing connecting internet.

if want fix issue windows, suggest live cd of linux distro , boot it. if needed, can install it; next time boot computer, grub show up. make sure enable "install grub" option when installing.

if log live session, can remove linux, if needed.

you need bootloader ot boot os.
