Bluetooth not working - Ubuntu 16.04 Toshiba L50D-C - Ask Ubuntu

i got bluetooth icon, can turn on , off, can make hidden or not , there preferences. when press device search, laptop can not find device. tried several phones, headphones , sony external bluetooth speaker. have dualboot windows, @ windows working well. after several days found page: toshiba-satellite-c50d

i think there problem ubuntu support :( maybe forum guru can me anyway.
