How to install Flash on opera browser on Ubuntu 16.10 - Ask Ubuntu


i'm trying install flash opera latest version on ubuntu 16.10 have found , tried failed. works fine on firefox , chrome. has been able make work? lot.

  • enable canonical partner repository.
  • install adobe-flashplugin package.

  • create symlink using command:

    sudo ln -s /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libpepflashplayer.so /usr/lib/opera/plugins/libpepflashplayer.so

  • restart opera.

edit:

the symlink possibly not needed latest opera version.
