How to uninstall Oracle JDK in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS - Ask Ubuntu


i installed oracle jdk on ubuntu 16.04 lts using following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer

but tried various suggestions forums , didn't solve issue. purged ppa , did update wouldn't remove.

to remove oracle jdk completely, run commands given below(one-by-one) terminal :-

  • check jdk packages installed

    sudo dpkg --list | grep -i jdk

  • remove oracle java 8 completely

    sudo apt-get purge oracle-java8-installer sudo apt-get autoremove

  • check jdk packages have been removed

    sudo dpkg --list | grep -i jdk

then if want to, can purge ppa.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
