right updated ubuntu 16.04 earlier week , can't system text screen on boot. i've gone through number of solutions on here, appears issue nvidia driver, still can't work.

i wen t , changed grub file nomodeset , read should able option select driver on boot, don't anything. screen of writing comes first before text screen.

when go command prompt try install or update keep getting these kind of errors.

run command

sudo dpkg --configure -a sudo apt-get install -f 

to fix packages problem. update

sudo apt update sudo apt upgrade
