14.04 - Ubuntu freezes in the Ubuntu logo (initialization) when I try to install from USB (dual boot) - Ask Ubuntu


this question has answer here:

i'm trying install ubuntu 14.04 alongside windows, isn't working. trying install using usb (i tried 3 usbs). ubuntu logo (initialization) freezes , machine stops. computer new, specifications are:

nvidia geforce gtx 1060 gpu (6gb dedicated) cpu: intel® core™ i7 skylake - 6700hq 2.6 ghz, 6mb cache (3.50 ghz com max turbo) memory: 32gb memória ddr4 (2133 mhz) hard disk (hdd), ssd ou sshd: sshd 1 tb com 8gb ssd satae m.2: satae m.2 - 480gb sata iii - 6gb/s tela (lcd): 15.6" fullhd (1920 x 1080p) 16:9 led-backlit - (matte)

i tried install 16.*

i had same problem gtx 950m , skylane i5.

i solved changing boot options in grub (e key) , setting "nomodeset" flag installing so.

following, install privative drivers , skylane firmware processor: https://01.org/linuxgraphics/intel-linux-graphics-firmwares

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
