does ubuntu mate offer more features xubuntu users high dpi screens , computers sufficient ram? if so, these features?

starting mate-desktop-environment 1.20 mate desktop environment has true high dpi support. high dpi supported default in ubuntu mate 18.04 , later.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
