encryption - zuluCrypt hangs when creating a luks container with a key - Ask Ubuntu


when create luks container using zulucrypt, hangs @ point of creating file system. have installed zulucrypt , cryptsetup.

i select 'create encrypted container in file' or 'create encrypted container in hard drive'

i create container.

i choose key (passphrase), luks volume type , aes.xts-plain64.512.sha512, ext4 filesystem using /dev/urandom.

i click create.

the hdd flickers moment no further progress made.

i played around creating luks container via cryptsetup command line (after googling) , works. @ stage make following further observations.

  1. on cli, @ point of creating filesystem have manually type yes (in capitals). zulucrypt hanging @ stage ?

  2. i can mount , unmount containers via cryptsetup cli, cannot mount cli generated containers using zulucrypt, receive message key not being present.

i appreciate post need more detail, , happy provide needed. (i wanted keep brief in first instance).

the version of zulucrypt using old. update latest version(5.0.1) , try again. problem experiencing fixed in version 4.7.8[1](look @ first entry of changelog)

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
