cron - Ubuntu crontab backup website files won't run

i use linux vps webhosting. want create backups automaticly.

currently database backup works, daily created @ around 3:30 local time.

but other backups won't anything, in screenshot below added * * * * * time notation testing, doesn't create file.

if copy , paste exact same command (wihtout time) runs , creates backup.

i hope can me, in advance.

the % signs in database backup commands escaped e.g. date +\%y; in first command, aren't. see example how can execute date inside of cron tab job?

thank much. typed / instead of \ in first place, did remove them becouse changed name. did solve problem.
