apt - Linux Command login and Updating system - Ask Ubuntu


i have strange thing happening 1 of our servers when login term 

9 packages can updated. 9 updates security updates.

so 

sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade

but doesn't install see below

~$ sudo apt-get update  ign ...... trusty inrelease hit htt...... reading package lists... done  ~$ sudo apt-get upgrade  reading package lists... done building dependency tree        reading state information... done calculating upgrade... done following packages have been kept back:   linux-headers-generic linux-headers-virtual linux-image-virtual   linux-virtual 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 remove , 4 not upgraded.

any appreciated thanks

the packages held related kernel , won't upgraded apt-get upgrade command. upgrade these should use:

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
