Shutdown is so slow in16.04 - Ask Ubuntu


shutdown taking 6-7 minutes. especially: a stop job running ccpd.service 5 min 6s should do?

seems old bug reported here: (a stop job running login service)

there lots of solutions discussed worked op:

systemctl isolate multi-users.target  reboot

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
