14.04 - Unable to add PUBKEY from servers to install or update software - Ask Ubuntu


environment:

  • ubuntu 14.04
  • proxy

i'm following instructions install mono in linux mono-project.

i'm trying download key new repository receive keyserver error. tried other servers same result.

$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 3fa7e0328081bff6a14da29aa6a19b38d3d831ef executing: gpg --ignore-time-conflict --no-options --no-default-keyring --homedir /tmp/tmp.txs8wuxe5s --no-auto-check-trustdb --trust-model --keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --primary-keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 3fa7e0328081bff6a14da29aa6a19b38d3d831ef gpg: requesting key d3d831ef hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com gpg: keyserver timed out gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error

when update repositories gpg errors, , asking not authenticated software

$sudo apt-get update ... w: gpg error: http://download.mono-project.com wheezy inrelease: following signatures couldn't verified because public key not available: no_pubkey a6a19b38d3d831ef

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
