Dropbox hangs when trying to move sync folder - Ask Ubuntu


i'm running ubuntu 16.04 cinnamon desktop environment , nemo file manager.

dropbox's default folder ~/dropbox. when try move folder, by clicking "mover" (move) button, computer hangs. disk led shows disk working , hangs can't kill process. can reboot system.

also, selective sync functionality doesn't work , shows gigantic window, , hangs.

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
