Finding Wanderlust dependecy Emacs packages - Super User


i'm trying install wanderlust, needs other emacs libraries. know find semi, apel, , flim? manual says should on ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/mule/, dns can't find ftp.m17n.org.

the site says:

ftp.m17n.org closed now. if looking there,

ftp.jpl.org carries apel, , can grab flim , semi kanji.zinbun.kyoto-u.ac.jp.
