drivers - Loading Wireless Firmware - Ask Ubuntu
i have laptop 802.11ad chipset wilocity works on windows. whereas, on ubuntu 16.04.1 gives me message firmware missing , not available download driver available in os. have firmware file (wil6210.fw) tried copy /lib/firmware , disable , enable wireless adapters (in-order load firmware) nothing changed , still getting missing firmware message. there more steps need do?
