chromecast - Google cast on Ubuntu 16.04 - Ask Ubuntu


i've gotten google cast run chrome on ubuntu 16.04 chrome window shown on tv. android tablet can display displays on tablet on tv. (btw done by: settings> display> wireless display>

can ubuntu window cast tv?

yes, ui not particularly obvious. click down arrow right of "cast to" , click "cast desktop". later when start cast choice of application window or entire desktop.
