Ubuntu 16.04 LTS restarts by itself almost every 30 minutes - Ask Ubuntu


i pretty new ubuntu windows. installed ubuntu 16.04 lts on lenovo t420i laptop. has been working fine last 3 days since today's morning, restarts every 30 minutes itself.

i confused , pissed off because can not it. request tell me easiest possible solution.
