disk usage - How to stop auto update and see how much space each update would take? - Ask Ubuntu


i'm using school internet , we're not allowed download large amount of data (>800mb). how stop auto update , see how space each update take up? (before installation, mean).

if open terminal , update way, see how data takes , then, answer y(yes) or n(no) accept or reject upgrades.

you can google how use terminal, simple actually. plus you'll proud of yourself!
