After uninstall, steam still asks to be installed - Ask Ubuntu


steam installed via steam.deb on website, uninstalled. still, each newly created user gets asked to

start steam complete installation of steam current user.

upon first login.

how remove this?

as told in this forum post, steam did not uninstall completely. left files /var/lib/update-notifier/user.d/steam-install-notify , /usr/share/app-install/desktop/steam:steam.desktop on hard drives. former contained text. removing via

sudo rm -rf /var/lib/update-notifier/user.d/steam-install-notify

seems solve problem.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
