suspend - System fails to sleep/shut down while using Intel graphics card (Skylake) - Ask Ubuntu


for reason system refuses sleep/shut down when using intel graphics card (using nvidia card fine). laptop based on intel skylake. graphics card intel hd graphics 530.

i'm on 16.04 lts , kernel 4.4.19-040419-generic.

i'd provide more information if possible unfortunately thing see black screen , empty command prompt @ first line. laptop gets stuck @ stage , nothing further shown. have hold power button every time shut down. maybe there other ways me collect debug information?
