dual boot - Graphics Problem During Instalation - Ask Ubuntu


i trying create dual boot system using ubuntu 16.04 , windows 10. resized windows 10 partition, created unallocated space need, etc. problem when try boot ubuntu usb install it, ubuntu icon , screen becomes pretty fuzzy. doesn't show in particular, random shapes , things on blue screen. imagine graphics card. have amd radeon 7870. same thing happens when try install linux mint. tried kde , cinammon versions, still same. how can download drive ubuntu if cannot start installation process? tried both "install ubuntu" , "try ubuntu", installing iso image other locations, nothing worked. have installed in past earlier version of ubuntu in same pc, same hardware configuration. can do?

i'm having issue combo. i'm trying set lacp bond using ubuntu 16.04 , cisco sg-300. have cisco configured lacp on 2 server's ports . in ubuntu have following config: # /etc/network/interfaces auto lo iface lo inet loopback auto eno1 iface eno1 inet manual bond-master bond0 auto eno2 iface eno2 inet manual bond-master bond0 auto bond0 iface bond0 inet static address 10.0.0.5 gateway 10.0.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 dns-nameserver 8.8.8.8 bond-mode 4 bond-miimon 100 bond-lacp-rate 1 bond-slaves eno1 eno2 xmit_hash_policy 0 this works has 1 issue. whenever system started [eno1 seems grab static ip bond0 10.0.0.5 , 10.0.0.5 unreachable on network. if 'ifdown eno1 && ifup eno1' bond grab 10.0.0.5 , start working normally. have clue why slave device grabbing static ip meant bond0 that? there static configuration in /etc/dhcpcd.conf. not sure how got there since i've used static on box. removed offending lines file removing dhcpcd5 pack...
