unity - Why Software Center installs application temporarily? - Ask Ubuntu


like title says, why applications installed software center gone after unlocking launcher?
there setting or i'm misssing or bug?
issue came new software center 16.04, persistent in .1 release.

example:
- open software center , search menu
- install desired menu editor
- after installation close software center , open menu editor launcher
- use menu editor desired changes, close , "unlock" launcher
- search in home scope , application scope returns nothing
- opening software center , searching application again shows "install" on application used
