drivers - Green bars appearing on lower half of screen (AMD) - Ask Ubuntu


recently, i've been experiencing strange visual glitch on monitor: every few seconds, thin green bar (or 2 close each other) appears in random position on lower half of screen. on occasion, stop appearing (mostly when i'm not using computer.)

i'm using amdgpu-pro driver far can tell. haven't been able test monitor against other operating systems confirm indeed ubuntu issue, have yet see similar errors in bios.

is there fix issue?

using amd rx460 card.
