grub2 - Can't boot into Windows 10 through GRUB - Ask Ubuntu

i installed gnome on windows 10 pc can dual boot them. couldn't boot grub @ all, boot windows. noticed can't access uefi firmware through advanced restart (yes, have checked , computer uefi). cannot disable secure boot or alter boot order. did searching, , found command on askubuntu post, ran it:

`bcdedit /set {bootmgr} "path\efi\ubuntu\shimx64.efi"` in command prompt.

the computer boots grub , can load ubuntu. however, error: cannot load image whenever choose windows boot loader option. i've read disabling secure boot fix this, don't how boot uefi. suggestions how can boot windows without having reinstall on top?

try systemctl reboot --firmware-setup

documentation: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemctl.html#--firmware-setup
