boot - Ubuntu Server 16.04.1 Not booting normal after install - Ask Ubuntu


so i've used ubuntu desktop bit , decided wanted give server try web development. isp doesn't block incoming port 80 i'm going try hosting of , friends content.

the installation goes well, , get grub boot menu says ubuntu or advanced options ubuntu. if choose ubuntu, goes black screen , restarts.

if go advanced options , choose: ubutu, linux 4.4.0-31-generic, displays 2 lines , crashes. displays initial ramdisk, crashes.

if start in safe mode, can choose resume normal boot , loads fine. takes me login, can log in, can ping sites, etc.

i'm not linux server guy, , google hasn't given me relevant results.

i should mention, have done both dpkg , fsck no change.

anyone have idea's?

i ended finding out issue onboard graphics card causing issues.

if started in safemode, , different graphics defaults used, able log in.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
