14.04 - install ubuntu from usb drive when boot order is not changable - Ask Ubuntu


problem:

  • ubuntu 14.04 installation disk ready on usb drive
  • trying install on laptop mint os
  • can't change boot order -> can't boot usb drive

what know:

  1. can boot usb drive in situation?
  2. is there other way initiate installation process other boot usb drive?

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
