boot - How to clean install ubuntu 16.04 on my previously partitioned hard drive where Windows was installed before? - Ask Ubuntu

how can install ubuntu freshly on laptop? partition windows installed previously, empty right install ubuntu there. should install there boots hard drive not live dvd or usb. right i'm using live ubuntu without installing off of dvd. please procedure install hard drive partition.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
