16.04 - Guys is it possible to dual boot windows 10 and ubuntu on this machine - Ask Ubuntu


i have windows 10 installed uefi bios, want install ubuntu on it. first time did nothing appeared, got taken windows. second time did command gnu appeared able type , nothing, if typed exit exited , taken windows. deleted ubuntu again , same problem continued formatted laptop. want know possible download ubuntu , dual boot windows. if yes, how? specs below: * bios: uefi * hard drive: 1tb * operating system: windows 10 * laptop graphics card: nvidia geforce 940m 2gb dedicated ram guys important me, because ubuntu studying.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
