graphics - Detect if an application uses gtk or qt - Ask Ubuntu

previously, laptop used ubuntu 14.04 without trouble, after passing ubuntu 16.04 (not upgrading, formatting), i've rendering problems. since cannot put here specific details because don't know happening, i'm searcher error yet.

my current assumption that, rendering issues affecting gtk applications (for example, pdf images being rendering poorly in evince, not in okular).

what want know if there's way know, in easiest way possible, if application gtk or qt one, open different applications, see shows bad rendering, , library has been use build software.
