keyboard - Down Arrow Key not working. Need to reassign - Ask Ubuntu


i'm new linux/ubuntu/etc, , gabbed old unused laptop home. turns out down arrow key doesn't work, need reassign. reassign pgdn key down arrow key, have no idea start.

i running ubuntu 14.04 tahr

if need other info ask , try find it

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
