keyboard - Fn+Up == Previous? - Ask Ubuntu


i pressing function key , arrow @ same time behave page up. thus, example, default method switching tabs in chrome ctl+page_up ctl+fn+up should move tab left. note: keyboard have pgup key in numpad dislike keys. give me iron , let me melt part of laptop flat, god intended! ;-)

how can make happen? nice lightweight method using scripts (no gui) , programs installed in ubuntu 16 default, please.
