Error: no such file or directory, ubuntu 16.04 LTS - Ask Ubuntu


i follow turorial @ https://serverfault.com/questions/550276/how-to-block-internet-access-to-certain-programs-on-linux. when create file in step 2: nano /home/username/.local/bin/no-internet, warning: no such file or dir. tried touch command still error: no such file or dir. happen? can guide me fix it?

when people document install procedures, want way refer installing user's home directory. in case, he/she used /home/username/..., when $home/.local/bin/no-internet or ~/.local/bin/no-internet have been clearer.

replace username username (it stored in environment variable user), , 

nano /home/$user/.local/bin/no-internet

or use home environment variable refer home directory ( better using /home/$user, since user home directories not required in /home. 

nano $home/.local/bin/no-internet

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
