Drive encryption password stored by Ubuntu Gnome 3 16.04 - Ask Ubuntu


hi i'm new here first question.

i have external drives on use disc encryption standard luks ext4 file sytem. thing set ubuntu remember passwords these drives , worked time until today when ubuntu asked me password access 1 of hdd. remember password drive i'm curious there time limit storing these passwords in ubuntu?

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
