can samsung ative book 9 lite recommend fix?

my laptop struggles running 16.04 gnome. ui slow , scrolling sluggish. believe driver problem, can't find solutions.

windows 10 runs smoothly, no lag scrolling through web pages youtube , facebook, ubuntu lagging. thanks!

i have installed proprietary driver in application , updates section (where can add keys). there can search alternative drivers graphics card. normal preinstalled driver worked without problems.
