networking - Mumble: Why is my forwarded port reported as closed from canyouseeme.org? - Ask Ubuntu


i have set router forward port mumble server machine on lan. port forwarding set on router zte mf920/mr150-5

external site (and mumble users trying connect client) report failure: enter image description here

i can connect mumble server on lan without issue. have restarted router. have set mapping incorrectly, or there issue mumble server on 16.04?

edit: suspect isp may blocking port, since it's sim based network.

run netstat -an | grep 64738 make sure service listening on 0.0.0.0 , not on 127.x.x.x
