Gparted re-partitioning on a dual boot - Ask Ubuntu

enter image description here

hi, above gparted config, want move 100gb etc!!! (sda3) ntfs partition (sda4). unallocated space comes left of windows partition. if subsequently resize left come warning says boot fail (i have 16.04 , windows 10 dual boot setup).

is safe or end in problems? there other way of accomplishing this? please help.

the reason want steam library on ntfs running out of space , need :(

first boot ubuntu , resize sda3. leave new unallocated space , restart computer.now boot windows , increase size ofsda4 within windows. restart may required again.

edit windows-partitions windows-tools, , ubuntu-partitions linux-tools!
