can ubuntu installed on asrock h170m-itx/dl motherboard? if so, know of guide use?

im looking create bootable usb on mac of latest ubuntu work asrock h170m-itx/dl .

please advise. thank you

ubuntu work on motherboard, make sure 16.04.
