process - Ubuntu+Apache2+PHP7FPM - Very slow processing and CPU/Memory isn't efected - Ask Ubuntu


i have php data system gathers information slow external api. run queries non-stop , it's super slow without effecting cpu or memory.

what ways maximize processing?

what best way make sure , debug apache2 i'm sure it's using best maximized settings in terms of processing speed?

(i know might because slow api i'm using, want make sure it's external , not internal.
