How to override grub and boot to Ubuntu directly (from UEFI or windows)? - Ask Ubuntu


i changed grub parameters (via grub manager):

grub_hidden_timeout=0.0 grub_timeout=0.0

because wanted grub shows if pressed shift , wanted pc automatically boot windows if didn't press anything.

unfortunately can't display grub pressing shift on start, pc automatically boot windows , can't go ubuntu change setting.

(it's normal boot windows automatically because specified in grub settings)

do know way either access grub or access ubuntu ?

i tried boot override uefi ubuntu still go windows...

the first step install windows program access linux partitions within windows described here: (best way access ext partion in windows)

the next step edit /boot/grub/grub.cfg , search timeout changing value 0 5.

save file , reboot.

note after rebooting ubuntu still need change /etc/default/grub otherwise next time run sudo update-grub timeout go zero.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
