Installing Kate editor in Ubuntu 16.04 - Ask Ubuntu


i updated ubuntu 16.04. need install kate editor doesn't appear in ubuntu software. there way install kate editor in ubuntu 16.04?

try opening terminal window (alt+ctrl+t) , typing following commands:

sudo apt update sudo apt install kate

please let me know if helpful or if run problems.
