lubuntu - USB mouse does not work - Ask Ubuntu


i have installed lubuntu 14.04 both on desktop computer , on laptop. on desktop computer, have old ball type ps2 mouse, starts fail (cable problems). optical usb mouse works on laptop, not work on desktop computer; tried different usb ports , tried pluggin in before , after boot .. light on, mouse not work. idea?

you need try other usb device @ first flash usb or other , if stopped need check bios option active usb control

start computer , press delete key when see first black screen (if have other option open bios it) choose > integrated peripherals , go usb controller keys down , press enter make enabled press enter , save bios f10 , work see picture

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
