sound - Left-speaker volume is very small in some applications - Ask Ubuntu


specifically, when using vlc, gnome videos open sound file, both speakers have same volume. if use of rhymthmbox, banshee or clementine, left speaker volume small.

both speakers volume similar when tested test speaker tool in system settings. also, system recognizes them speakers headphones in output device.
