system installation - Boot Error: EDAC sbridge: ECC is disabled. Aborting - Ask Ubuntu


i trying install ubuntu 16.04 on custom built pc. ( asus x-99 ws motherboard) ddr4 ram , i'm having issues installing properly. when boot startup usb drive screen flash error

20.469251 edac sbridge: ecc disabled. aborting [20.469251] edac sbridge: couldn't find mci handler

the installation process continues after once os installed , boot os has low performance. display takes several seconds respond (over 5-10 seconds respond click!) , screens appear 'wipe' screen during transitions.

i have had previous versions of ubuntu on manufactured pc's , haven't had issues during or after installation, feel might related build.

any appreciated!!

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
